1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Jadys Fit handles information when you use our image-preparation tools, account features, and related pages. It is designed to describe current practices and optional services that may be added later.
2. Information We Process
We process only the information needed to operate and protect the service, such as account details you provide, saved preset data, pseudonymous free-usage records, technical request information, and preferences stored in your browser.
3. Local Image Processing
Source images and processed outputs are handled locally in your browser during normal use. Jadys Fit does not upload or store those image files as part of normal image processing.
4. Account Information
If you create or use an account, we may process your email address and account status to provide sign-in, restore access, and communicate about account actions you request.
5. Authentication Data
Authentication is provided through Google sign-in or a one-time email verification code. We do not receive or store a password for the email-code flow; service providers may process the technical information necessary to send and validate the code.
6. Google Sign-In and Google User Data
When you choose Google Sign-In, Jadys Fit requests only the standard openid, email, and profile scopes. Google may provide your name, email address, profile image, email-verification status, and Google account identifier. Jadys Fit does not request or access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or other Google service content.
We use this information to authenticate you, create and maintain your Jadys Fit account, associate account activity, purchases, access entitlements, and saved presets with the account, and provide account support and security. We store the account identity, provider identifier, and authentication and session records needed for these purposes. OAuth credential records may be stored by our authentication system only for sign-in and session management.
Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising. We share it only with service providers needed to operate Jadys Fit, professional advisers when necessary, or when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.
We retain Google account information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account security, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. To request deletion of your Jadys Fit account, personal data, or Google account information associated with Jadys Fit, email [email protected]. We may retain limited records where law permits or requires.
7. Saved Presets and User Settings
Pro users may save named image settings. These settings are used to restore the preset in your account and do not include the source image itself.
8. Payment Information
Available payment providers process purchases for Day Pass or Lifetime Pro. Jadys Fit does not receive your provider password or raw payment-card details. We may retain order, transaction, region, price, and entitlement records needed to provide access, address payment issues, and meet legal obligations. Payment methods marked Coming soon are not active checkout options.
9. Technical and Security Data
Our infrastructure and service providers may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, request logs, and security signals, to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the service.
For anonymous free-use enforcement, Jadys Fit stores a keyed hash of a random browser identifier, a keyed network hash that changes each UTC day, and a separate purpose-specific keyed network hash retained for the 30-day anonymous Trial guard. The anti-abuse database does not store the raw anonymous identifier or raw IP address, and Jadys Fit does not use browser fingerprinting for this system. If suspicious anonymous activity triggers an enabled Cloudflare Turnstile check, Cloudflare processes the technical information needed to provide and verify that check.
10. Cookies and Local Storage
Jadys Fit uses a strictly necessary, signed, HttpOnly first-party cookie to maintain anonymous free-use limits. Local storage may hold consent preferences and a pending purchase choice, but it is not the authoritative source for anonymous usage, prices, payments, or access. See our Cookie Policy for details.
11. Advertising and Third-Party Advertising Services
Page advertisements may appear for users on every plan, including Free Trial, Day Pass, and Lifetime Pro. Buying a paid plan does not remove page advertisements; advertising display and paid image-processing entitlements are separate. Jadys Fit uses Adsterra to serve banner advertisements in existing Advertisement areas. A banner request is made only when the advertising feature and Adsterra switches are enabled, the placement has enough space, and the browser has granted Advertising consent. Adsterra and its advertising partners may use third-party cookies, cross-site identifiers, personalization, or measurement under their own policies. Rejecting or withdrawing Advertising consent stops new Adsterra requests and removes the controllable banner instance, but cannot undo data already received by third parties. Necessary account, payment, security, and local image-processing functions do not depend on Advertising consent, and normal image files are not uploaded to advertisers.
12. Google Advertising Services
Google advertising services, including Google AdSense, are not currently implemented. If they are enabled in the future, this policy and our consent controls will be updated to explain the applicable technologies and choices.
13. Analytics
Optional first-party analytics starts only after you grant Analytics consent. It uses random pseudonymous visitor and session IDs and records a limited event allowlist. It may store an approximate country and city when trusted infrastructure provides them. When Analytics is allowed, Jadys Fit may also store the referring domain, first landing path, and limited campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_term for acquisition measurement. Full referring URLs are not stored. Analytics tables do not store raw IP addresses, image contents, filenames, email addresses, or one-time codes. Sessions and events are retained for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops new tracking and clears the local analytics IDs; it does not remove payment or account records that must be retained for service or legal purposes.
14. Affiliate Links and Sponsored Content
We may use affiliate links, referral links, sponsorships, or commercial partnerships in the future. Where a material relationship exists, we intend to identify it clearly.
15. Third-Party Services
We rely on carefully selected providers for functions such as authentication, payment processing, hosting, and email delivery. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
16. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, provide purchased features, save settings, answer support requests, secure the service, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service when optional measurement is enabled.
17. Legal Bases and Applicable Privacy Rights
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide the service you request, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service administration, comply with law, or with your consent for optional technologies.
18. Data Sharing
We share information only with service providers and professional advisers as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a lawful business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
19. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including account administration, limited Free Trial enforcement, payment records, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Daily network anti-abuse records and the purpose-specific anonymous network Trial hash are configured for short-term retention and are removed after the configured retention period, currently 30 days. Anonymous-ID and account lifetime Trial records are retained separately so Trial access does not reset each day.
20. International Data Processing and Transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
21. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
22. Children’s Privacy
Jadys Fit is not directed to children where consent or other protections would be required. Do not provide personal information on behalf of a child without appropriate authority.
23. User Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where law permits or requires.
24. Advertising Choices
The Advertising choice controls Adsterra banner requests. Rejecting or withdrawing Advertising consent stops new requests and removes the controllable banner instance while leaving the page’s labeled Advertisement placement in the layout. It cannot undo data already received by Adsterra or its advertising partners.
25. Cookies and Consent Choices
You can review locally stored optional preferences through Privacy Choices and can also use browser controls to manage cookies and local storage. A local preference control alone may not satisfy every jurisdiction’s legal requirements.
26. Policy Updates
We may update this policy as the service or applicable law changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date when a material update is made.
