Jadys Fit helps prepare images for third-party upload requirements through local resizing, compression, conversion, and validation tools.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the service in compliance with applicable law.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for information associated with your account and for keeping access to your email account secure.
6. Local Image Processing
Normal image processing takes place in your browser. You remain responsible for the content you choose to process and for confirming that it is suitable for your intended destination.
7. User Content
You retain rights in your images. You grant no ownership of source images to Jadys Fit merely by processing them locally in the tool.
8. User Responsibilities
You must use accurate settings, verify output, respect third-party rights, and keep your own backup copies where needed.
9. Third-Party Upload Requirements
Jadys Fit can assist with technical requirements but does not guarantee acceptance by any third party. Always confirm a destination’s current rules before uploading.
10. Free Features
The limited Free Trial is offered as described in the product. It is a lifetime total for the anonymous identity or account and does not reset each day.
11. Paid Features
A Day Pass provides unlimited single-image processing for 24 hours from verified activation. Batch processing, ZIP downloads, and Saved Presets remain Lifetime Pro features, as shown at purchase.
12. Lifetime Pro
Lifetime Pro is a one-time entitlement to the Pro features offered at purchase, subject to these Terms and applicable law. It is not a promise that every future feature or service will be available forever.
13. Payments
Day Pass is priced at $2.99 USD and Lifetime Pro at $16.99 USD worldwide. PayPal and USDT TRC20 are displayed at checkout; methods marked Coming soon are not enabled. The server-calculated USD order price and verified provider payment control the purchase.
14. Refunds and Payment Issues
If you have a payment issue, contact us with relevant purchase details. Refund handling may depend on applicable law, payment-provider procedures, and the circumstances of the purchase.
15. Saved Presets
Saved Presets are provided for eligible Pro accounts and may be limited to reasonable use needed to operate the service.
16. Batch Processing
Batch processing and ZIP downloads depend on your browser, device resources, and file types. You are responsible for reviewing results before use.
17. Acceptable Use
Use Jadys Fit lawfully, responsibly, and only for content you have the right to process.
18. Prohibited Use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent limits, violate rights, or use it for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity. Jadys Fit does not use Google user data or Google APIs to create, facilitate, distribute, or support AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery.
19. Intellectual Property
Jadys Fit, its branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant rights except as needed to use the service.
20. Third-Party Services
Third-party services such as PayPal, authentication providers, and destination platforms are governed by their own terms and policies.
21. Advertising and Sponsored Content
Page advertisements may appear on every plan, including paid plans; buying Day Pass or Lifetime Pro does not remove them. Advertisement display is separate from image-processing entitlements. Jadys Fit uses Adsterra for banner advertisements in the existing Advertisement areas, and requests them only after Advertising consent when the advertising switches are enabled.
22. Affiliate Links
We may use affiliate or referral links in the future. A commission may be earned when you use a qualifying link, without changing the need for transparent disclosure.
23. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible operation on every device or browser.
24. Changes to Features
We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for operation, security, legal compliance, or product development.

Jadys Fit is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. It is not legal, compliance, or professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, Jadys Fit and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
